Make back did not like my stay. Pool no access plus parking was an problem Paid for a 315 penthouse that was no up to standard. It was dirty and the air quality was dry. Same time took 20 minutes to find room. So told me room 2003 not p floor so running around on my cycle and no clue where to go had to go all the way to front desk for them to laugh heavy set black girl. Then one walked me to my room. No microwave nor ice on my floor or any round. Not up to part would like money back.

Horrible! I didn’t not like how you guys said everything would be covered but didn’t not cover the full cost of my stay!!! Nothing at all because I didn’t get to stay!!

Fiirst 2 days were good. Third day I should have went home. I extended my stay and was moved to the West Tower. Awful dirty. Then moved back to South Tower. Better. Charged $60 to extend. Won't do that again. My first room was fine. The bed was great.
