My stay was just alright . The casinos had no smoking areas and a few people still smoked. The rest I didn't like the fact that I wasn't informed about no bath tub and at check in was not given code/for internet. I didn't like the view of roof tops and a little beach water. I didn't know to ask/call for clean linen. I liked the view of the beach and water from my hallway window. I liked the restaurants and stores downstairs HAVANA TOWER.

Needs more Handicapped accessible areas. The WiFi was week. The TV was not that clear either like it was very old. Nice bed. Good bathroom too.

Ils m'ont chargé 1088$ CAN au lieu de 736$ US tel qu'inscrit sur votre site et votre engagement. Gros problème de facturation - overcharge!! J'attends toujours pour un crédit de quelque 550$ US!!? Crédit à recevoir inscrit sur ma facture. Aséjour 5 nuits = aucun ménage de la chambre

poor service, unfamiliar and rude staff, inconsistent messages and many charges regardless of Diamond Club status Staff was rude and unaccommodating to my 80 year old mother who just lost her husband and has been a patron since the Trop opened. Been going for years. used to be home away from home.

Not good this trip usually very pleased The room was not what we asked for, had to call front desk with no answer so had to gonto front desk and service was rude I usually like the hotel but this trip not so much

Poor Hospitality..no Staff Management also..Rude Staff .For them Customer means Cash making machine they dont see anything apart from money. Location

the room is nice but everything else sucks. I don’t like self check in it was confusing, the elevators are all slow need to upgrade (both parking garage and hotel room elevators), the staff events wasn’t organized we all have to leave very late and casino floors smell like puke and not to mention the signs need to update also couldn’t find the way onto boardwalk. I like the room it is very spacious and ocean view is beautiful.
