Fair take me 2 hours to do the check in I’m waiting in the lobby lot of people waiting just 1 worker on the reception cuba libre restaurant

Fair las piscinas están cerrada. las dos no hay entretenimientos para los niños. prácticamente solo fui a dormir la habitación.

Bad everything is complicated not clean no body can help front disc is bad check in machines not working nothing

Just ok Room in the chelsea tower to far away and hard to get to.

Wouldn't stay here again Hot water in shower was the only option. There was no cold water Staff was rude at many spots. Pool area was wack. Did not have that vacation feel. More like a punishment.

pool guard slept - only 1 hr at a time in pool couldn’t find rooms - no maps or staff not much

It was okay The cleanliness of our rooms, no house keeping only 1 garbage can in the entire room and the Chelsea tower was uncomfortably hot. And the toilet didn't flush right I liked that it had alot of different things to do in the hotel
