Fair The wait time was incredibly long for check-in and ALL of the elevators, which made us late for our reservations. We arrived an hour to an hour and a half before we were supposed to be at the hotel and were still late.

Very Poor dirty room bad experience with staff called for house got a nasty response and never brought my blao nothing the room they first gave me was dirty then they charged me extra for a new room horrible experience

I would not give this a 4.0 even thought the Prompts are generating a 4.0 I would give them a 2.0 My sister got me this stay for a chrismas present was my first time ever at a casino. Now we were in a smoking room but still for the price it should have been a lot better. The room was dirty.the sheets were dirty. My fridge was completely frozen over called maintenence and he came up and said it was fine the lady just didnt clean it! There was so many kids at a casino for competitions. Disappointed I asked for the manager and she never showed up Two hours to check in I was directed to used the self check in machines and my driver license got stuck I was told by a lady that was waiting for her room that it happen to another client I asked the guest services why not turned the machine off he said just to wait

My stay was horrible compared to past stays. Presence of staff and open facilities. The room here was clean. That's about it. Valet made us self-park because we weren't "gold members". Had to self check-in. No late night dining. Absolutely no staff present to ask questions. Not even a lounge open. Couldn't get a wine bottle opener, was told by concierge to buy one at one of the shops. Room service wasn't even operating. I will not be staying in this casino hotel again. They need more elevators. I have never been anywhere in the world that you have to stand in line for an elevator. The room had a clogged toilet before we even used it. Maintenance came quickly and fixed it but the housekeeping he called to clean up the bathroom never came. The floor was a vinyl floor, not carpet, and had dirt, a broken toothpick, fuzz and hair and obviously had not been swept or mopped. It felt sticky and I didn't want to walk without shoes on. Needs a complete over haul Checking in there was a man urinating in the lobby, checking out took too long to get to the elevator to parking garage line was very long. Hallways were dirty crumbs everywhere. Elevators are run down . The location to other casinos
