3 star stay ordered non-smoking room for 3 nights but on arrival they game me the room with heavy smoke smell. asked to change the room but they said no available room and take it or leave. I didn’t want to ruin the family vacation and asked to change at least next day. back and forth nothing changed. overpriced location rooms are dirty, was staying in Chelsea tower, you have to walk a lot to get reach to your room. have to change two elevator, walk through long bridge. hotel have 3 pools but all are very small, by appointme... read more

Terrible, stressful, sucked, disgusting the staff was totally useless. couldn’t help with luggage unless you waited in a very long line till one of the few bell men came around. walked a long long way with luggage, we are both handicapped and still no help. only one handicapped parking spot per floor in garage but around two dozen for seven star members. took almost 21/2 hours too check in!! Rediculous, and got no compensation for our complaints except a $50 comp on the room for breakfast on our last day. Never Again! Couldn... read more

wack experience lack of cleaning this hotel la k of cleaning is unacceptable, rooms smell like humidity. dust everywhere, bed sheets smell also.

I hope someone contacts me regarding this stay! We paid so much money for this room, completely unacceptable!! Self check in, there was no one available to help us immediately with our problems to be addressed. We were celebrating my daughters 12th birthday and it was awful! Nothing. This tower was far from everything, filthy/smelled and air conditioning wasn’t working. The ledge of the beds had not been wiped down clearly in photos. The bathroom countertops, same, we were not even given soap!!! We felt dirty just staying in... read more

not very good the sheets of the beds have a lot of fluff, when you moved them you threw a lot of fluff in the form of dust, in the hall you smelled a lot of cigarette smoke even though we were in an area where smoking was prohibited, the carpets were very dirty, in the casino a lot of people smoking even though families pass by with their children the casino, the beach
