will never return unless I must for another convention dirty rooms, dirty towels, long ( like 2 hours) lines to check in, long wait to get on the elevator to the parking garage to check out( another hour and a 1/2), food was ridiculously over priced and that also took forever to get, over an hour to get a large cheese pizza- at a to go place- not even a sit down restaurant.

Poor Had to wait in long line for just about everything I had to wait 2 hours in line just to check in. No hot water had to take a cold shower.

Terrible service/ dirty rooms The services and the room The room was super dirty. The beds still had hair from the people before us. Bathroom walls looked like someone spit all over it. Picked the smoking rooms by mistake but there was still ashes from cigarette all over the tables.

Horrible no parking in Chelsea, have to travel across the whole building to enjoy restaurants and entertainment. Had to go to the front desk 2 days in a row to reset my key because I couldn’t get in my room again had to walk across the floor to get to the lobby. Had to make a line for 1hrs 3days in a row, 1 to check in, 2nd to get a new key because si couldn’t get in my room the same night, and the 3rd the following day couldn’t get in both our rooms that night. Fair The elevators going up the South tower was scary. Lines waiting for the elevators for both going up to our room and to the parking garage was ridiculously long. The ones in the South Tower was making noises and as we were exiting the elevator on the Casino floor, the elevator started going up as the door was opened and people were getting off. Unorganized, non kid friendly! Old musky hotel! Rooms were musty, some of the escalators are broken, Minimal staff, extremely long check in time extremely long get into the hotel exiting the hotel I had to take four elevators to escalators just to get to my room and lug all of our luggage there, with only one person checking in over hundreds of people.
