Very Poor place is filthy, and it was freezing in our room, but heat wasn’t working. And, no extra blankets available! I was with my baby grandson. going home

it was a cool stay but I wouldn’t go again the room was old looking. not that clean, it was like chipping wall paint on the floor. the carpet was dirty. the fees at check out was ridiculous!!! like almost another 200$ in taxes for literally breathing! and I never got my deposit back the location was great! the adult pool and bar was everything !

Poor The handle to the shower fell off and landed on my foot which left a decent bruise try to report it but no answer at front desk

it is not worthy to stay in that hotel very difficult to find your place. Not appropriate signs to guide you. Staff arrogant and not helpful. Room keys did not work the first time. I had to wait in line second time for 45 minutes to get the correct keys very difficult to find your place;

It was very disappointing. My mom hadn’t been to the beach in 67 1/2 years and it was not a very good memory. Supe we wanted rooms close to each other and they were 9 floors apart. it took us two hours to figure out our way around the hotel which cost us time to have fun as a family. Check out was a disaster. the room was clean

Fair Crowds Wait in line excessively for everything And $$30 for valet parking...really?? Very loud music everywher! Restaurants are good. Location on boardwalk and beach
