Freezing in August The beautifully renovated room had antiquated heat/air. The room was freezing. The system would only blow cold air. In room phone not working, could not even request a blanket. We used bath towels. Parking was $20.00, $5.00 less because we are guests. Outrageous. Easy access to beach, casino, boardwalk.

Bad Wir haben kein Personal gesehen. Online check in mit kaputtem Drucker. 20 Minuten zum Zimmer. Dort roch es nach Zigaretten. Bad dreckig. Wir wollten nur weg.

It was a terrible accommodation There were bugs flying around the room and we found bloody glucose test strips in the drawer. We ended up changing rooms and the new one had dirty pillows, juice/wine stained sheets, a clogged sink and dirty towels Nothing about the room was good or acceptable. The shopping area was nice and good selection of dining.

overall, not great and not horrible. room could have been cleaned better but I guess you get what you paid for. staff wa the quick check in kiosks were not working and it took great location, a lot to do on site

Thank god I made it out there alive. It was weird and highly not recommended. Room was gross. Markings all over the wall. Outlets with no covers on them. Shower had markings on the tiles. Woke up at 7am to a man screaming at a woman. That after negotiating with the front desk I was able to get a room for the price I booked it for. Front desk guy says they didn’t have to honor what a third party booking site says.

Horrible. 0/10. Do not recommend Multiple phone calls for assistance with dirty room and no follow through. Had to sleep in dirty sheets even though we called for assistance 4 times. Also changed me 25 dollars for parking as a gold card member (so it should have been $10, but then $5 with my over night stay). N/a

Disappointing Poor customer service. During check out time, all kiosks stopped working at the same time. Few staff at the front desk resulting in a long waiting line. Dirty room and uncomfortable beds. Good location - near the boardwalk. Good restaurants inside the resort.
