clean but very outdated. won’t be coming back. room was very dated and was in bad shape. a lot of cosmetic damage, cruddy rugs, ripped wallpaper etc. 2 out of the 3 lights we had didn’t work. bathroom was very outdated. additionally, check in was disastrous. took almost an hour to check in. granted, it was a Friday but it was 1pm and there were only 2 people checking guests in. additionally, the kiosks wouldn’t allow check in before 4pm. awful. room was clean. beds were comfortable. restaurants were great

Fair! I barely interacted with staff tho. I wanted ocean view. I got side view. Directions to the room could be better. I wish the pillows were more comfortable the parking garage to room was far. I like to walk but my parents would not like it. I wish you offer more discounts to do things. Comp people even when they don't use the casino. I live near 5 casinos in pa. I'm coming for the experience not just to gamble. Location was great. Plenty of things to do. I had to work but during off hours casino and shops are great. Top... read more

Fair Service fees for services we couldn’t use.. eg pool.. room was clean but very dated.. no help with luggage and a very long walk with it.. was supposed to be in same floor with traveling friends but then denied that Restaurants were good but tough to get into

Our stay was very unpleasant. First of all this was our first time staying at the Tropicana. We was super excited until we went to check in but was unaware that they was having a cheerleading competition that weekend. it took over and hour to check in. We reserved our stay in the Havana Towers only to be moved to the Chelsea Tower for accommodating the cheerleading competition. I’m glad it was only for one night. My room in the West Tower. The hotel itself was nice. Quite a few restaurant choices.

we paid way too much for the quality we got in our room, definitely will not be staying there again. our room was dirty, our mirrors has smudges on them, there was dirty bedding on the bed and dirty towels in our room. we even called the front desk to ask for new bedding (all of it) and all they sent up were two pillows and a sheet. i had to ask for new bedding a second time, and still never received a new comforter.

Disappointing
I would not go back and would tell people not to go there. The parking garage was a nightmare. We were at gridlock for about an hour upon arrival to check in. The staff were not helpful. The kiosks to “check-in” are useless.
