close to beach and outlets.. nasty rooms dirty nasty rooms, also the furniture and tvs are out dated it was close to the outlets

Greatly disappointed that See previous Comments The hotel is beautiful always my go to place I love the tropicana and recommend to everyone. This stay I was so upset locked out of my room 3 sets of keys had to reactivate, so late so tired, still had to wait 45 min for locksmith she couldn't get in, had to wait longer for her to get more tools apparently battery's were dead in locks. Fair. Considering they were understaffed, the staff that were working were amazing and friendly. Casino area smells like smoke. Check in horrible experience-kiosk not working. Toilet water running in room. Under staff.

Fair I thought it would be different for instance a little bit more clean the staff was very nice.

Disappointing Couldn’t check in at the kios. We have to walk a long distance to go to the main lobby. Check in was good, long line 34mins in it. Then walk a lot to go to the chelsea tower. Fridge was not cold. Room service didnt go to change bed sheets and towels. It was our first time in here. We love the facility, the way it looks

very dissatisfied with service all the way around nobody cleaned my room. they originally put me in the wrong room not not ocean view. stained carpets. check in took 3 hours. stores
