the place was not worth the money spent the sheets where ripped the pillows uncomfortably. the hall was dirty and for the price it was bad the bell man was horrible

horrible it’s old room outdated the refrigerator didn’t work it smell weed from Saturday to Sunday it was so gross the room was all the way at the end the bed so uncomfortable my back is killing me nothing

Rough start with no valet by front desk and kiosk would not print my room keys. There was no human There was no desk so I could do some work on the laptop. TV so small. Remote control did not work. Room right next to elevator and elevator was loud all night. Kiosk check in sucks. I couldn’t use valet since I am not a frequent gambler. Room decor took me back to the 70’s. Size of room was fine. Bed was comfortable.

we slept well but need more cleaning the bathroom smells like pee and they left trash inside of one of the ice bowls in the bedroom

Bad I still would like to have 10% of my money back because it was not what I see in the picture What I saw in the picture it was not what I got for my room I was very disappointed and everything I even called for you guys to give me at least 10% back of my money but she was not wanting to do so

Terrible Dirty room. Furniture all scuffed. Yellow water in coffee pot. Sink not draining. Toilet ran all night. Terrible. Closet sliding doors swinging loose. Air conditioner not cooling room down in the middle of winter. I’ve not availsmle on same floor. Fridge in room not working properly The bed
