Property at a good location but rooms are really nasty and blood stains on bed was a big turn off The Room The Casino

It was adequate regarding location, but everything else was below par. Price, resort fee, old style look to rooms, price, price, price. Proximity to the concert area of the beach. Several restaurants to choose from.

I will not go back. The smell of marihuana was terrible. It smelled terrible in the hallway so the smell was in our room. I guessed close to our room or maybe the next room was a ver hard smell of marihuana and I had my kids with me. I even went to the store to get some room spray since we got a headache. The pool

Tropicana has declined Kiosk referred us to hotel lobby to check in. Horrible room in Chelsea tower way to far to walk despite telling them of my back issues umbrella guy never showed up leaving no sun protection for anyone took 45 minutes to get out of garage 1 collector despite him calling for help. Nit the hotel we stayed in for many years Deli breakfast was great

Bad I don't even know where to begin. Room had a musty smell during the whole stay. Housekeeping refused to swap out dirty towels and wash cloths for clean ones. My room key stopped working and had to call down to customer service for assistance and was told numerous times that security would be coming to assist. After 45 mins I called back from the phone by the elevator and customer service disconnected me or hung up on me several times. Probably won't return When we checked in we had to drag bags clear across to get to a kiosk where only 1 out of 4 worked! Confirmation # did not take. Another visitor had to help. You had no help. Only 2 big towels in room Did not have breakfast included/location good
