Disappointing The room was cold I mean cold we couldn’t get comfortable called twice about the problem was told sending someone engineer no one never came both days even turn off the AC and it stayed cold we caught a cold due to that room never again plus we stayed in a smoking room I get it’s a smoking room but the floor and room was intense with smoke I’ve never experienced that before at a hotel with smoking soon as you get off the elevator you know it’s a smoking floor smell full of ciggs The hotel itself is nice great l... read more

area was good, room was bad considering it was a suite. we got a suite which was not requested and the room was bad. bed was broken and you couldn’t shower for more than 5 minutes without the water rising above your ankles. the inside of the hotel was nice. there’s a lot of attractions and food places to go to.

6 out of 10. The rooms. I rented four rooms for my family. All were supposed to be king rooms in the same building, but at check in we were given two king rooms in one building, a double queen in a different building and the 4th in a 3rd building. The ac in one room was broken and fixed on the third day after suffering through two days with the room temp in the upper 80’s, the ac was an issue in every room as it had a set minimum of 68 and with the outside temperatures and sun with the big windows it was just not a cool comf... read more

No customer service quality has gone way done if you are a resort guest! paid for an upgraded room did not get it. check in one Kiosk open, no housekeeping came finally had to call after a day. not enough towels for three people in room. no one told us at booking construction was going on in our tower that started at 6am!!!! The Quarter, market place and casino.

Ce n'est pas un quatre étoiles.....plutôt un trois....au niveau des chambre de la tour Chelsea. La chambre était loin du stationnement et de tout les services de l'établissement. Deux ascenseurs sur trois ont cessés de fonctionner durant une journée! Lorsque ta chambre est au 19e étage, l'attente de l'ascenseur devient un irritant majeur!!!!
