Mindy helped me and transferred me to the northside from the west side the west side is very dirty once we were transpo The Westside room was filthy smells smoke and walls were paper thin. close to beach

bad Tropicana used to good before cesasars took over never stay there again

Poor The premium king suite in the north tower was not premium at all. Very run down, the sliding door to bathroom didn’t slide. Hallways were dirty. The many food options at the Tropicana is very impressive.

Poor The hotel was great but I think the management is poor. We had to beg for the towels and the ice bags. We had to pay for the chairs and the parasol umbrella for the beach. So......bad expérience. It was near to the beach.

it was my birthday and was very unhappy with my room felt like no one cared they didn’t even offer to give me another ro my room was so dirty hair on the sheets in the tub on the floor and counters in bathroom so gross they never sent someone up after getting back at midnight still wasn’t cleaned very uncomfortable floors were almost black I wiped with a towel was black and dirty nasty spills never been sweep or moped used same sheets from prior guest they had stains pubic hairs was wrinkled lots of restaurants

Didn't have the opportunity to experience a stay at the hotel. I made reservations for an overnight stay with family for 7/30/22. Somehow the reservation locked in for an overnight stay on 7/31/22. I arrived with my family and the hotel wasn't able to accommodate me. Also, I was charge for an evening I wasn't there to enjoy. After a disappointing evening, I had to drive back home in the middle of the night, which was a 2 hour commute and wasn't refunded. Horrible first experience.

Run away and book elsewhere The hallways were filthy. Dirt was everywhere on the floor; it looked like no one vacuumed; like ever. The top layer sheet on the bed was dirty; the bathroom was dirty and they didn't have light bulbs in the lamp. I literally went on the boardwalk and bought cleaning supplies so I could clean. I also bought a sweat suit because the room was freezing and I didn't want any part of my body to touch any part of the bed. Poor I booked my stay for 3 nights with my wife they gave me a handicap room ok no big deal....the first day I called the operator for a locksmith to fix the safe she answered rudely telling me there's no one that can help me. I called again and they sent someone to fix the safe after 2 hours. After the third day we decided to stay an extra night called operator and sent us to the check-in lobby. My wife and I went to the front desk and waited 40 minutes in line only to be told to call an extension number and book from there... read more

Disappointing That the indoor pool was closed while we were there and the outdoor pool was overcrowded and kids seriously disturbing the peace. Allergic to the sun so can't do the beach too love so this was very disappointing. Location to beach and food at Wild Honey
