Restaurant options are great but rooms are horrible. Had to change rooms twice due to severe cigarette smell in both “non smoking” rooms. They moved us to a different tower but wouldn’t give us the nicer one unless we paid more. I figured after having to go to 3 different rooms they would’ve gave us a better room for the 2.5 hour inconvenience and after already spending $600 on our one night stay.

Awful hotel and management staff, never staying there again. Our room was not clean. There was cleaning supplies all over the room. Sticky floors and mold everywhere. When we contacted the Front Desk, they refused to do anything until we pushed back and they refused to do any make good based on this Nothing. it was an awful stay.

Should not be a 4 Star Hotel, needs help from top to bottom. From the Front Desk to housekeeping, an Security all need to go to a hospitality class!! Clerk at check in was not happy an never looked up. Rm key program wrong, Security open door then said u have to go desk to get a key. Curtain falling off wall could not close it, shower handle came right off. No housekeeping service, just asked for clean towels for next day, none came. And the list goes on…. The location of the Hotel. They have a safe parking garage. The lobby... read more

definitely not what I expected… My room had cigarette burns all over the floor . the staff never came in to clean room . I swept my own room and also changed my own sheets and hats to go get clean towels.. The beds are very comfortable and the shower was great . they also have a lot of shops and places to dine at that are good ..

Ni power station for my computer or charging power for my phone The view and a walk on shower Did not have breakfast or any other meal.

It was enjoyable but didn’t live up to memories. I had stayed there many times in years past, it is not the jewel it was in the past. It is still good, but you get a lot less for more $$$. I like the kiosk check in, it speeded up the check in time. The choices of places to eat is still great. Since it was acquired by Caesars the addition of the shuttle to other locations in their group was an added bonus.

wasn't pleased I didnt like that fact that the two pool inside the hotel was for adults and that the one the kids could go to one was closed and the other to far far side of hotel room was much smaller than noted
