Disappointing The bed was completely sunken in - very uncomfortable Carpet stains and bathroom stains throughout. I would not recommend

The room was old and the price paid was over priced for what I got. The rooms are old. I didn’t like anything.

For my fifth time staying here it was terrible this time ! West tower is the worse I told them my mother couldn't not walk far because of her legs. IDRIS stated that's all they have! Louders the manager told me if there was something available I would have to pay for better. Property was sold out she said. The room was the worse everrr sheets had stains pillow case had stains and the shower liner was so wet like some just got out of the shower it was gross. I will not stay here again such a rip off for the money. I did not like the stairwells smelled like pee with stains all over the floors. I had to pay to park at a hotel I was staying at although they gave me a discount, I feel parking should of been free for the price. The floor kept shifting and moving which made me not want to be there or safe. Rusty areas throughout the room and missing covers. Check in agents rude and gave off a hate my job vibe. Worst hotel I've ever been at The room had vomit on the walls it had blood or poop on the sheets It was terrible the hotel was so dirty i ended up leaving and driving elsewhere

Find a better place Pretty much everything.....Rooms outdated and dirty, had to carry luggage about a mile before we got to the rooms.....shower clogged, ac didnt work, staff non-existent....pretty crappy night for over $700.00 Nothing
