I will never return to Tropicana when I first arrived there were check in kiosk and I had already booked through booking app and payed but kiosk told me I still had to see the front desk. There was a really long line to check in with people arguing on the line and loads of complaining customers including me when I got to the desk I was told the room I paid for was not available and they would give me a handicapped room. Very Poor Service. We waited 3 hours to check in because the check in machine broke down, the lobby is 3 floors under the main entrance and there is no sign to tell you where you have to go. We explain the situation to the manager she was like I don't know what you are talking about, my husband and I chose that place for our honeymoon but it was the worst idea.

it was a very dirty facility, and checking in was awful. took two hours to find a parking spot and check in. very dirty everywhere location

I will never stay at Tropicana anymore ! I didn’t like the rooms. The housekeeping staff are not cleaning those rooms like they’re claiming to be. There were roaches (I have video & still pic). One of the beds had stains & hair on it. I stripped the bed & called housekeeping to get service, it was never done. That was at 4:30pm. Went to a show, got back about 10:30. All the dirty linen was taken but replaced with no towels or linens. At 11pm was when I got the linen & was just placed on the bed for me to change. No trash can... read more

Fair The indoor pool was closed and that you have to reserve to get in. Also that they closed the other pools at 6 so early and show or give your room keys to get in I like the boardwalk and the beach
