it was disappointing cause of the odor. it was really bad and also the room was so far away from everything. there was a very bad smell in our room The view to the beach

Bad The room was awful and not in the condition of how it was pictured, it was dirty and dusty, no microwave, dog barking all night, no blankets. Went to complain desk clerk dismissive can give me 75.00 credit can't change my room. Check out clerk was worse. Will never go there again or use this site again Near boardwalk

no pleased the room that we stayed in was clean dirty towel from the previous guess was still left in the bathroom. the floor was very dirty with hair and trash

Stay was great except for the room!!!! Love the hotel as a whole! Restaurants and shopping was great, nice casino, the our room was disgusting!! Old dilapidated and so dirty that we had to was our feet to get in bed! It was not the fault of housekeeping because as they say you can’t shine s—t!!! Paint peeling on headboard water dripping down the wall from AC vent making puddle on floor!! All in all the room was disgusting!!! We travel a lot and this is the first time I have ever complained about a room!

Not worth the money Only stayed one night and didn’t get to sleep, because I kept hearing someone try to break into my room at 6:00am. I was awoken buy a rattling and scratching sound. I went to check the door and there was a man standing in front of my door peep hole and then he left. I tried to go back to sleep but was scared it was going to happen again, after stories I’ve heard of people breaking into hotel rooms while sleeping and the latch not being as secure. 30mins later the same noise and the door handle being move ... read more

Very dispappoiniting Well I first booked a smoking room. We entered a room that was not only bare. There was no dresser and only stained chair. The hallways and elevators reeked of skunk weed. I had a headache within the first 2 hours. I asked for the room to be moved. This happened and it was a better room. I just can't believe that the resort would even put guests in the first room. it could of been better the guest was loud and there needs to be more elevators.the wait to check out is ridiculous the employees was fairly friendly
