Una perdida de tiempo más de una hora para hacer el check in. En front desk solo había una persona y era lenta y poco resolutiva. Se trata de un hotel muy grande. Normalmente los hoteles de este tamaño tienen más de 5 personas en recepción. Reserve habitación para no fumadores y cuando hice el check in solo tenían habitaciones de fumadores. este problema era común todos los días ya que tuve que bajar a recepción a que volviesen a codificar las llaves y la fila no avanzaba. The room was overpriced for what we got. Very disappointing in the West Tower. Room was just ok, but not worth the money I paid. There was a strong odor of pot & a little noisy. Our phone didn’t work. I called from the hallway & reported it, but they never replaced it. The day of checkout we had to wait for an elevator. We had to go up & then down. The cost of valet parking was $25 not including the tip. Carmines

Dated but decent hotel, horrible check out experience They charge you extra for early check in which is obnoxious. The pool was supposed to open at 10am but opened late, which is annoying if you have to check out at 11. But the worst thing was that check out was a nightmare. Everyone checking out at once. Just getting an elevator out of the tower to check out took 20+ minutes. Then getting to parking garage and car was an hour wait for the elevator! a disaster experience no guidance at all we were lost for almost 2 hrs to check in and almost 1hr to find the room and then looking the parking garage, and the worst we need to take 3 escalators and 2 elevator and 1 mile walking every time we need to use the car from the parking garage nothing was there to like

We won’t be back. Check in took 45 min in line!!!! Directions! Give new guests a map!!! All of the main restaurants were then booked for dinner around 9 to 9:30 pm and we were stymied till I saw a sign for “Marketplace” and we crossed our fingers!
