Fair Leider lassen sich die Fenster im Zimmer nicht öffnen und dadurch ist die Luft furchtbar staubig. Die Hauptsaison geht erst Ende Juni los. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht im Zimmer. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist super und innerhalb des Resorts gibt es alles, was man braucht.

The stay was not enjoyable. unless these inconsistencies are not corrected I would not likely return and not likely to r only one staff member at checkin with 20 families waiting to checkin. after check out,Elevators at Quarter garage didn’t work so I had to hand carry all luggage up to 3floor of garage walking up the ramps because stairs were nowhere to be found. shopping

Disappointing For our 25th wedding anniversary they put us in a handicap accessible room with no”flair or views.

Terrible and lied to. Was lied to me about registering at Chelsea Towers. Hotel was closed. Had to register at South Tower and walk all the way to Chelsea Tower. Have trouble walking. Very disappointed. Nice room

Over priced and not worth it None of the four pools were open including the indoor family pool I had young kids and due to the weather being bad my family was unable to swim in the indoor poor most of the bars and lounge areas were also closed I was not informed those amenities would be closed until I checked in the check in process was long and disappointing and the response from staff about the pools being closed was very poor and overall my family was very unsatisfied it was the worst vacation I've ever had The location
