Fair outside of gambling there is no much attractions. I would had loved to have other amenities. the hotel is so big, with the main purpose of attracting casino goers. The building it’s in fair condition taking that is being standing for so long

Tropicana's old style & very poor staff. When entering from the parking garage there is very poor directory signage to anywhere but the casino. We didn't know where to go. The kiosks were not working and no one was at the check-in counter and it took 45 minutes to check-in. There was no ice in ice machine. In the morning, after showering, we realized there were no bath towels. The service staff didn't understand English and cleaned our room, after we explained we were NOT checking out and would be back shortly. When we got b... read more

Fair I didnt like the bathroom, the toilet wasnt flushing fast. It needs an update. The whole place is beautiful, the staff is increible nice and helpful.

Poor That we only stayed 3 days and we never have to stay there again Checked into a room from the 1970s. It was dirty sticky and had a chair that looked like it was recently used at a sperm donar facility.
