will likely not be back. very difficult to navigate. signage was poor. staff sent us the long way to our room. food was expensive! location

Disappointing The coffee machine was broken in our room and it took them 2 days to replace it. Also while booking I had mentioned that it was a special occasion as we were celebrating someone’s 40th birthday. we didn’t hav any special consideration for that location

Disappointed & Ruined Family Trip I was short changed on my room i pre paid for 1 room 2 queen beds i got 1 king instead and had to add a cot! No remote control for TV was in the room, AND THE DOOR DID NOT LOCK!! I was stuck in my room for 2 hours while a locksmith was found. I also was not in the same section with my family that i previously PAID FOR!! Guest services hung up or disconnected my SOS calls 7 times. I still cannot reach anyone to request compensation for this disaster Breakfast at the restaurants were good

Une erreur Propreté. Du "sang" sous les vitres sur le meuble de la chambre. On m'a changé de chambre pour cette raison. Des collants aux murs encore présents. Ventilateur non fonctionnel dans la salle de bain, Personnel ne comprenant pas l'anglais à beaucoup d'occasions. Je me suis fait réveiller le matin par les nettoyeurs de vitres sur des échafauds. Un avis la veille de l'hôtel aurait été le minimum. Le coffre-fort était bloqué. On aurait dû remarqué la chose.

Wish it's easy from the beginning They reserve a room for us in the Havana building witch it's very far from the main entrance a lot of walking around while I explain and request a handicap room and close to the action When they moved us to the main building
