Fair Room was hot and AC not working when we arrived. Poor lighting in the room and one of the lamps didn't even work. One outlet was not screwed in the whole way and anything plugged into it fell out. They didn't refill our coffee in the morning so we had no coffee our second day. The carpet by the one nightstand was filthy and it really didn't look like it had been vacuumed. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Lots to do in the hotel. Bed was comfortable!

Bad the service was bad no towels or wash clothes couldn’t even take a shower nice food room clean

Ok I book a room with a bathtub but I didn’t get it Location was good

Mini getaway The smell of marijuana was overwhelming wherever you were in the hotel. Many homeless on the boardwalk. Stayed 3 nights, room only cleaned one time. The restaurants and location to boardwalk.

The elevator issue turned what would have been a good trip into a bad trip. We were in need of more towels. We called house cleaning who said they would bring it up and no one came. We had to ask the cleaning lady in the hold way for some. We also had to wait over an hour to check out because the elevators were not working and there were so many people checking out at the same time. There was also a very long line to get to the parking lot for the car. In total it took me an 1:30pm to leave the hotel. This should not have ha... read more

Our stay was not very pleasant. not getting our $20 rewards and being sent to 8 different areas to get the answers, the rudeness of the waitress and hostess at the Gilchrest restuarent, over priced food at Carmines, spa only open on weekends, signage or a pamphlet letting visitors know what is open and closed on spacific days would have been nice. our friends were told only one pool was open we were told only another was. We were told we had rooms near each other not true we were in different towers. Bed was very comfortable... read more

Ok, will stay somewhere else next time. The room's door would not open and had to call the front desk several times. location and size and amenities.
