Very Poor The carpet was very clearly not vacuumed in some area. Very clear dirt and dust marks left over. The walls were peeling. The curtains were stained. We had roof access with windows that opened easily and barely locked. The vents in the room were dented and broken. Parts of the vanity in the bathroom were peeling away. I have stay in trop multiple times and this is my first bad experience. it’s way over priced it is like a maze in there takes all day to find ya room car anything the layout is straight crazy the room was almost 600 for a $60 motel room really Starbucks

Not great The smoking throughout the hotel. Also our air conditioning was broken and we called multiple times to have it fixed and no one came. The convenience of the location to the beach and the mall inside.

Disappointing The pictures of the room compared to what we got were completely different. The room was dusty and the floor was not cleaned very good. The tower we had was not the best, would come again just not that tower. The ice machine and vending machine did not work on our floor The location was great and being close to the beach. Inside the resort was beautiful
