I will NEVER stay at Tropicana ever again and will NEVER recommend it to others. Literally everything about my stay. I stayed in room 6236 in the Weat Tower on Saturday, May 7th. Upon arrival, I checked in using the kiosks located by the parking garage. I was given a message saying to go to the front desk in order to complete my check-in. I had to walk across the entire property in order to get to the front desk. Last trip very disappointed. I have been coming to the Tropicana forever. Use to have a host. Manny. Been a while and now coming back. I paid over 600 for a room in the west wing but when I got there I was put in the Chelsea tower. The person at the desk took approx 37.00 off my room. This gave me a bad taste. Sorry to have to write this but was unhappy. In the last few months I have been there 4 times with a room in Havana and south I believe. I was very disappointed this past trip. Love the Tropicana
