it was a place to lay my head but way worse than before dirty … less than clean … bad smell convenient due to what I had to do

No personal touch. Did not speak to one staff member other than a server or bartender. Dirty. There was sand in our bad. Hair in the tub and on the towels. The room was large.

I will NEVER stay in the Chelsea Tower again. Room keys didn’t work initially and I was told to go to multiple different places to fix it. Took me an additional hour and a half to even get into my room afterwards. Only staff member who assisted me properly was Leah at the front desk, she was kind, understanding and was able to figure everything out for us. Air Conditioning in the room barely worked as well.

Awful Check In. Claimed they didnt have our reservation. Was taking them 20 minutes per guest to check people in, with staff often disappearing into the back room for 5-10 minutes at a time.
