We were moved to 3 different rooms for problems with a/c. The staff was unpleasant or helpful. The customer service and rooms The dining experience at the restaurants.

I brought my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday, what a mistake between the smell of marijuana in every inch of the ho rooms need update, zero amenities, LOUD hallways!! carpeting looks old and worn. location

Was not a good experience What they advertise online how beautiful the rooms are it is not what I got. They had to change my room 3 times as my original room Was not available due to electric outages. After the 3rd room, Which is considered as a classic room, they said it was an outage and in that part of the hotel I experience broken doors, Brown water when you run the water in the toilet, or the sink. Need help I had 2 rooms one wasn't clean. And the outlet was open didn't get no offer didn't get no refund . I like the room. And the location don't mind coming back.
