I won’t be going back there The rooms was dirty. The maids didn’t speak English so they couldn’t understand that I wanted towels. The hallway was disgusting. The hallway smelled of pot. The casino beverage manager didn’t help us when we said are cards didn’t work to get drinks and we had spent a few hundred dollars. He basically well try it again after we tried three times and the man next to us said his didn’t work.

I would never visit this hotel again. The bedding was dirty, I was charged for the casino when I didn't visit the casino. The hotel is large and very confusing to navigate. There should be more signs and more staff available to help visitors. It was really hard to find my hotel room. I liked the restaurant

I wasn’t satisfied at all with my room. outside my door was a big bleach stain on the carpet. I requested a room with ocean view instead I got a room looking at the property parking garage. the light in the bathroom wasn’t working properly. my room supposed to have two chairs to seat, it was only one. I called the front desk and asked for the other chair until I checked out nobody came to bring the other chair. cleanliness of the place was okay

Wonderful until housekeeping made it a hot mess and an awful experience. Housekeeping was AWFUL! I’d have to call multiple times a day to get service as they wouldn’t clean my room until an assistant manger told them to three days into my stay. Cleaning professionals wouldn’t offer stuff off their carts when I asked for towels and toilet paper because my room wasn’t on a list to be cleaned even though I tried to get my room cleaned for three days. dissapointing My room was dingy and terrible view of roof and a/c units. I had to pay an early check in fee and the elevators were not working properly. Carmines

Never Going back… I didn’t like the staff it seemed like almost every staff member I came across had an attitude and the actual property looked like it hasn’t been maintained in quite some time, from the outside you would think the place was closed and to top it all off when I finally got to my room I found blood on my pillow cases, blanket and sheets. I did not like much of anything on the property.
