Poor I stayed in the Chelsea Tower and it was horrible. I had to switch rooms because the shower nob was on the floor. The rooms are dingy and very uncomfortable. There is no way anyone should spend $800 for a weekend to stay in this section of the hotel.

Hotel itself is beautiful. Rooms on a Saturday night were very expensive and very basic. Our bathroom light was broken and was not fixed until after 2 phone calls and service came at midnight. The other room fridge was not working. We never called but for the price we paid per room we had high expectations. Room was clean and ready ahead of check in time.

was disappointed to have spent $350 on a room and it be from the 70’s or 80’s old decor dark decor it was clean

Bad the one and o my thing I liked about my say was the view but other then that the employees were too rude giving attitude and not being professional and ms Haniyan did not give good instruction in checkin knowing the hotel was huge and gave poor customer service she was not friendly she gave attitude, and I did felt racism by some staff my room key was not working and when I went to front desk they called security and never showed and I had my elderly mother and grandmother waiting outside the room for 2 hours my experien... read more

Scam .Cost of the room was advertised to be lower than what they finally charged me. Extra fees and surcharges that cost me almost twice as much as what was originally advertised wound up being the final charge. Comfortable and clean
