I didn’t stay they canceled my reservation and didn’t even refund me my money not a good hotel for what they did to me at all nothing my husband booked me a room as a surprise and since he wasn’t there with me I couldn’t stay not only that they didn’t refund me my money back which was really unfair so there not good at all

Underwhelming and expensive Room was not ready one hour past check-in time. We got changed to a suite in another (crappier) tower and it was underwhelming, to say the least. I had never seen a suite with such a tiny window. Because of this, the room had zero natural light. Valet parking took nearly 40 minutes to get our car. Not much. The casino was Ok. Staff at the front desk was nice.

mediocre The rooms were terrible for the price we paid for one night 600 dollars for what? Not even a bottle of water in the room. Nothing included. Not even a snack. The rooms are out dated old and musty. Very dissapointed. First and last time. The food places and staff

Bad No check in at the desk. Had to use kiosk machine. Then got charged twice.

hiç tavsiye etmem Odalar pis ve sigara kokusu vardı, değiştirmek zorunda kaldılar. Yoksa otelden ayrılacaktık. Otel de 3 gün kaldık hiç temizlenmedi. Wifi yok dendi ama var, fakat çok zayıf ve 3 dakika da bir kopuyor.

subpar elevator scratched up , rude desk people , not update hotel rooms , no ventilation throughout the building smell like smoke , the club, variety for food , valet were knowledgeable
