VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. BOOKING.COM NEEDS TO DISCOURAGE PEOPLE FROM STAYING THERE SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS WERE NOT ACCEPTABLE. COULD NOT SLEEP WITH ALL OF THE NOISE COMING FROM UNRULY CUSTOMERS IN ADJACENT ROOMS AND HALL. WALLS MUST BE CONSTRUCTED PAPER THIN. IN THE FUTURE I WILL STAY IN A FLEA BAG MOTEL ACROSS THE STREET BEFORE I EVER STAY AGAIN AT TROPICANA. AT LEAST THEN ALL I WILL HAVE TO LISTEN TO IS ROACHES CRAWLING AROUND.

When I booked, they lied to me about military discount. Lied to about military discount did not receive, curbs not marked, mother fell down because of this. Prpperty looked old and not well maintained. Was a place to sleep

Disappointing I didn’t the peeling wallpaper in the room. I didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room. I didn’t like the smell of smoke throughout the entire building/casino. And I didn’t like that there was no information in the room about restaurants, times of opening/closing, room service, etc. Nothing…not even a bible…not that I’m religious but just sayin’ I liked the location of the room to the casino. I liked the restaurants that were near us. I liked the view of the ocean from our 19th floor room

Disappointing They clearly don't put any money back into the place. It's very worn down and could use a cleaning. They do not clean the rooms every morning anymore. You have to make your own bed. A lot of restaurants are closed during the week. The staff is very nice and the location is great. Decent prices for the rooms.

Great Casino with terrible rooms I felt embarrassed to have purchased these rooms for my employees. The rooms look like they haven't been updated since the 80s. The TV is smaller than the one I had in college. The toilet seat in the bathroom was cracked in half to top off the look of a Crack heads hotel room. Next time I'll need to see if they have a much nicer room at tropicana or go to a different casino. The Tropicana casino is great. Every part of the place is great except the rooms
