So so... The fact that someone got into my car and stole several items eg, 2 cameras and camera accessories and more. I reported the incident to security but never heard back from them. I liked the overall setup.

We really were not pleased with the whole check in experience. When we arrived, the signs to check in were confusing and distant from the parking garage to check in to our room. The staff was helpful, but hard to find. The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Bad Arrive Friday all night no heat all saturday then 4.00 they but us in another room ! We went out came bk arond 3.30 am and could not get back in the room! Waited 1hr for them to send someone to open door! Just horrible! Never again!

Fair The check in was a complete failure. We used the kiosk and I'm still waiting for an email that my room is ready. After quite some time of waiting we were told by the person working the IMAX desk that we should go to south tower 11th floor. Dragging ourself to the south tower with our luggage we were redirected to the check-in/out counter. When we explained all we had experienced we were kinda shrugged off as we were sent all the way back to the Havana tower. We got extra towel pretty fast when requested
