U would stay again We waited for an hour to check in after 4 they gave us a bad room no closets … no draws … and the toilet was high seemed like a handicap room … so we had to go back downstairs and get another room … the room was better than the first The casino was good and the restaurants was great

incredibly overpriced for what we got. wouldn’t come back. unfortunately we did not get the requested room type (king bed). instead they only had rooms with queens. further, the room wasn’t overly clean, my wife noticed hair trimmings in the bathroom. location

Disappointing We were looking forward to being comfortable in the king size bed. However we were so disappointed!! The bed was worn down and there was a sink hole in the middle of bed. The mattress was HORRIBLE. We had to sleep on the edge of the bed on separate sides because of the sink hole in the middle. Not a good stay. We were in so much pain in our back, it was agonizing. depressing look I stood in the Chelsea side the walls and rug are dark very depressing. the rugs smells bad the way that place makes money it’s not for it to look so old I love the hotel it’s a great place to stay one of my favorite hotels in AC but it looks old they need a renovation.

Not informing It was difficult to find the main entrance to park my car, the signs are no visible to navigate, There should be clearer signs to help navigate Chelsea Towers The front desk staff (Helen) was very friendly
