Poor very outdated the bed was not comfortable the heating system smelled when turned on was on ly there 3 hrs has to leave emergency at home

Fair Waiting two hours in line for self check in. After nearly the two hours, someone came to ask the one employee if he needed help. (duh). She than proceeded to inform us to go downstairs to the main check in after hours of standing in line. We were told the Kiosk were the better option, that did not let over half the customers check themselves in. Everything you need is in the area.

beautiful location but would not stay again. we literally had drunk people banging on our doors at 11, 12, 2 am! Along with that two complete strangers just walked into our rooms using THEIR key card. when I brought the issue up, he asked “have you not stayed at a casino before?” the location was great
