it’s was ok parking garage very dirty filth and dirt accumulation gross staff members say something different and when guest ask if they can check in early let them know that there’s a fee. and we have to pay every time we leave should all be included inside was nice

Worst hotel visit I’ve ever encountered I didn’t like the fact that the valet told us the wrong parking lot to go into. Once we got to the kiosk to check in, our room wasn’t ready at 9pm which you can only check in from 4-10 so that was disappointing after driving 4 hrs to your hotel, then called your hotel and they said they couldn’t help me unless I went to the south tower which was across the building we had to truck our luggage around, the hotel lady was very unapologetic, we finally get up to our room which had had bloo... read more

staff was good except for management and the bellman was rude and obnoxious. Will not come back run down looking everything was close or on the property

I like the location of room because it’s close to the beach I was so disappointed of our bed because its smell smoke so badly despite that I reserved a non smoking room. I hope next time I can get a non smoking room . I like our overall stay.

Cold Stay I couldn’t control the temperature The property was clean but it was cold in the room. I tried to warm up the room but the controls didn’t work. it was very cold!!

Celebrating 10 year wedding Anniversary The first thing I didn’t like, we were not qualified to use Valet Parking because of a status, which I thought was ridiculous, first time and last time there we pulled up at the entrance of the hotel where we needed to be. We had to drive to another side and park which was such an inconvenience. check in was at 4 after all the walking we got into our room a little after 6:30. Decent, but needs improvement. The overall smell in the Tropicana building needs improvement. Bathrooms in the property didn’t smell great. Some were next to the elevators, causing the smell to linger as if you’re waiting for an elevator in the bathroom. The casino area reeked of cigarette & musty-like smells.
