Very dirty Hotel is trash This hotel needs to be updated . The rooms are kinda of dirty and my sheets smelled like cigarettes

Big Disappointment Anything Room was horrible. Walking from one area to another was a marathon. I will never go back

room disgusting layout of room location and po far especially when you have bad knees and back! forced check in at Havana entrance and by kiosk only. room was located 5 blocks or so from check in down up escalators two different elevators across bridge. restaurants were closed at 9 on a Friday room was filthy stained bedding. next day called and said hey never changed bedding. could not get any personal lobby service only allows one photo per subject have much more !

maybe it was quite an experience that we don't want to go through agai closer a access to the room We were not happy not enough parking available closer to the hotel , we had to take 5 elevators to our room

The room I thought was supposed to be handicapped accessible the beds were so high!! Not No room cleaning no garbage pick up no extra towels no microwave in rooms or on floor. All this food no where to heat it up!! I like the resort set up. Not enough non smoking sections. Lots of choices!!
