terrible This was by far the worst stay I have ever had. All the staff was completely rude, to simply check in to the hotel took over 2 hours. The express check in was completely useless and a complete waste of time. When my partner and I go to the other lobby, staff was completely rude and did not want hear the complaints about the express check in upstairs. Don't think we will stay here again. Harrah's was much better. Rooms were outdated. The rooms didn't have any USB outlets to plug our phones in. The Decor was old. Nothing

I was terribly disappointed The room was filthy!!!! The check in was painful

cigarette smell ruined a nice night out. I booked a non smoking room and it reeked with cigarette smoke. Not faint, really bad. They sent a maintenance man to spray and then the room smelled 10 times worse with cigarettes and perfume. He even said the smoke smell was horrible and worse than smoking rooms. it was very hard to sleep. 2nd time that happened. will look for other places on future trips. location is great. staff was good. restaurants are good.

Being away to celebrate my birthday a plus, staying at the Tropicana NEVER AGAIN IN THIS LIFETIME. The walk from the parking lot to checking in. The long, difficult walk to the West Tower where our room was located. There was not help with luggage and the short distance to the room was under construction. We have to ask random people was we struggled to find our room. The bed comfortable. There were many stores to shop.

glad to get a way but not returning anytime soon location - felt very vulnerable when outside the property on the boardwalk; no security around outside the doorways at all. the bathroom in the very large unfurnished room has the tiniest shower ever. so much wasted space room was big, nice views if the windows were a little cleaner. dining options excellent - wonderful staff.

Poor Tv must have been 10 years old everything was outdated and looked nothing like the pictures
