Fair Dirty, room was not up to expectations, cracks etc in walls, peeling paint, no dresser for ourclothes. Check in difficult and confusing, parking lot very difficult to find. Location, access to stores restaurants

It was extremely underwhelming. Won’t return. Old and not well kept. We got bumped from a king room to 2 doubles because they overbooked and since we booked with booking.com we go switched. Nice anniversary in 2 doubles. Lots of stuff to do at the hotel and near by

Never Again. When we arrived to the room, housekeeping had not touched the room. The room was a mess and pizza boxes were everywhere. I would never book at this location again. Nothing

No communication this building is absolutely huge, and if you don’t know where you’re going you’re going to spend hours walking in circles trying to get help. The check in process was confusing, the staff aren’t very helpful because they barely know their selves away around the building, so we were left carrying all of our stuff for almost an hour trying to find somebody who could help us check in… it was crazy. The room wasn’t all it was made out to be, we wanted to sea view room and got a a building view

Fair The rooms were outdated (tiny TV, wallpaper ripping/peeling at corners, bathroom not the cleanest) for the price point. Some of the elevators seemed to be out of service (we only saw 2 out of 4 running in any location) causing massive delays at check-out. The location was excellent! There were plenty of shops and restaurants, and a lot to do on property. The staff was very friendly and helpful (especially with directions around the massive property!)
