Just not what I expected or a good experience Room was way on the other side of check in. Stood in a long line for kiosk just for it to tell me I still had to go to the desk. Bad directions given on how to get to the room. Got to the room after waiting in line for an hour for the cards not to work. Called over the phone for assistance took forever to get through and then they were unprofessional. Bad no staff rooms no good Old service very bad no staff to talk too Nothing

Very Poor The room not having a microwave was our turn off The shopping area

Did not like the Chelsea The Chelsea is too far away from the self parking garage. The Chelsea is not updated and their was no microwave in the room. Every surface was dusty and the curtains was dirty and dusty. The room was clearly not properly cleaned. The carpets were dusty as well. Our key was disabled during our second day and we were locked out of our room although they had complete payment. We were inconvenienced to go back to check in desk to have new keys. Extremely disappointed and won't be staying here again. Paid over $700 for one night in a suite at Tropicana. This felt less than a regular room, much less a suite. Room seemed to have missing furniture in bedroom area. Only one night stand by bed as well. Wallpaper peeling off walls in multiple spots. Dirty windows and sills outside and in. Smoke detector was hanging by a wire off the wall. Felt the springs of the bed jabbing into us all night. Couldn't fit in the stand up shower and the door kept opening during the shower.... read more
