A little disappointed in the room and parking situation The hotel is very large and disconnected . Our room was very far from everything and confusing to get to. The parking garage was on the complete other side so we had to drag our stuff in and out of elevators escalators. The room was very tired multiple water damage spots around the room and the wall paper was literally taped up in spots . Fair My reservation was prepaid. I didn’t get a room until 9:30pm. And the hotel Didn’t have a room as I reserved. They assigned me one for “smoking” and smaller bed and instead of include a discount for it they charged more and fees that were not explain at reservation. Accessibility to restaurants, cafés, night clubs and stores indoors.

Poor They change my room really wants to stay at Havana room ugly too much dust and dirt inside the casino rugs dirty .was my birthday really wants everything was nice impress my couple nothing works.Reserve couple weeks before deserve more respect with the room. Less than average and very glad we didn't stay in the room much. The room was supposed to be handicapped accessible, but did not have a shower seat nor a roll in tub. The shower head had stains on it and water barley came out. The toilet was very low. Also the air-condition did not work and the floor and room smelled of mold and water.

Fair When we checked in and went to the room as soon as we opened the door to check the room out the bathroom smelled like smoke and we requested a non smoking king size room. The bathroom shower was very small and uncomfortable. I had to call for room service and ask for a blanket for the bed. The living room sofa was small not big enough to be comfortable. We didn't have breakfast.

Bad They never change the beds we asked 2 housekeepers we seen in hallway and they said they wasn’t responsible for cleaning our room but was next door cleaning 2 of them together .. we had same sheets and towels for 7 days i will never come back here again .. I have pictures of how they change the sheet of others room and leave them dirty sheet and towels in the hallway it’s Corona virus this was very unhealthy and I will be sending my pics and emailing the news and better business bureaus and others I will post this on soc... read more
