Really disappointed The Westside of the hotel was old and filthy I had to change rooms once but the second one was a much better The shopping and restaurants attached to the casino we’re pleasant surprise

Poor Hotel is rundown, dirty, bathroom light don't work, service desk is always empty. Paying over $500 for 2 nights and getting worst room than the cheapest motel. Very disappointed Location

Disappointing How far the room was, we stayed in Chelsea Tower. Everything was very far. Tried adding an extra night, no one told me Chelsea tower is close after summer (Mon - Thurs). We went to have breakfast and enjoy the rest of the day, no one got back to me. I called again at 2 to see if i got updates, they told me that they could not add an extra night. i would have to change rooms. I was all the way in Hard Rock. Had to make my way back to Tropicana and get my stuff out of the room. When i tried to check out they aske... read more

poor experience Checking into the hotel was awful after waiting almost 40 minutes once we got to the kiosk it did not work properly!! We had to go to the desk downstairs with our luggage. We also had to wait in a long line!!!!!! It felt that checking in took way too much of our time. The shower in the room did not work properly. It was difficult NOT to get boiling water only!!
