Mold in room The hotel room Manger was wonderful.. The room had some mold. We walked into our room and wasn't in there 5 mins and my lymph nodes started swelling and I started getting a headache. I contact the front desk which did not answer the phone so we walked down to the desk and I explained it to the respectionist. She informed me that if we left by 2 the next day that we would not get charged for another day, seeing that I booked the room for 4 days. Disappointing Chelsea tower is very tired looking. Dirty hallways, dirty windows, ripped bedding and utilitarian bathroom. Comfortable beds.

Disappointed with Tropicana Considering I paid close to $300 for my room for the night, it was not @ all what I was expecting! Looked nothing like the pictures online. Room was outdated, walls were scuffed & in need of paint, & the bathroom looked old & dirty. Was like staying in a cheap motel, expected MUCH more for the $ I paid to stay in a casino hotel! Also, the check-in process was ridiculous! Waited in line for over 30 min to use a kiosk that did not even function properly & had to go to the front desk anyway. Many of ... read more

It was awful will never stay at Tropicana again nor will I recommend it to anyone will go to Ocean R there was no dresser drawers to to put away clothes we had to live out of our suitcases, there was only one night stand that had no drawer in between two queen beds the room was not cleaned daily that is just so unsanitary when you have guest using tub and toilet frequently if hotel does not have enough staff to clean rooms I suggest rooms be closed down beds were too high for me (I'm a short person) but very comfortable

Poor We were not informed at check-in that reservations were required for almost everything, including the pool and swimming. We were not able to swim within our time-frame for our stay. Very disappointing, especially for the kids. Not much
