No House Keeping was the lease of my problems... We were not told untill we checked in and was in our room that we wouldn't have cleaning service and that we would need to call to for service. We called but never got service, had to constantly catch a housekeeper in the hallway for towels, tissue and etc. I understand being short staff but let me know before i pay to stay or atleast at check in. Stayed last year during covid and service was must better, prices were lower. Had two incidents with the pool staff being unpleasan... read more

My stay was for work. It was suitable but it needs more staff for hotel. It’s a maze of a casino and it’s very hard to navigate. It takes about 10-15 mins to leave the actual casino. The restaurant on the 5th floor bridge is good for breakfast. It saved my life. I don’t think many people know how to navigate the casino if they are first timers. It’s actually dangerous to not have staff overseeing things.

kinda disappointed Check in and out we’re on kiosks. No one was around. Unlike other hotels who actually had people for checkin and out. Some of the towels had previous blood or dirt on them. I left them on the far right of the bathroom, and just used my own from home. The hallway by the elevators smelt like pee. A LOT of the people who stayed there were coughing and sneezing when it states stay home if you have any symptoms. Wouldn’t return I chose my room on a non smoking side. The room smelled like cigarettes. My clothes stayed in my luggage in the room the entire time and when I took them out to wear something, everything reeked of cigarette smoke. Bathroom wasn’t too clean. Check in at the kiosk was insane. Line outrageous. One staff to help who wasn’t very helpful at all. I had an issue and had to walk to the south tower to speak with someone. Another long line. Fair No room service. Room felt like it was always damp. Had to make reservations to use the pool. Half of things weren't open. Seemed runned down. Beach had terrible biting flies. A lot of riff raff on the boardwalk. Ocean was warm.

See above Booked a room via Booking.com at $156/night. An additional charge of $82.54 was levied. I've been unable to get an explanation. For the time being,this sullied my entire experience at the Tropicana.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Just stay home. Everything. Nothing.
