Bad My room was dirty had to clean it myself they didn't change it blond hair everywhere hand prints everywhere windows so dirty we could not see out of it The refrigerator was clean

Wasn’t happy with our floor the rugs was dirty, no ice machine on our floor or the next two floors Everything Was not happy we was to far from all the other hotels and everything else was far as well. So we had to eat in the hotel

Could have been better The casino was nice and good restaurants The room Seemed kind of dated the vending machine and ice machine didn’t work on our floor when we went to check out it was a nightmare that many people trying to use the elevator we stood there 45 minutes and couldn’t get a elevator that wasn’t packed so we had to walk down 34 flights of stairs with our bags.So not real happy with the stay

I said it all above. Everything Bed not made , trash not removed, towels not removed or replaced. Just utterly filthy. bathroom flooded whenever we took showers, could have easily slipped and fell. We are both disabled, sent to the other side of the hotel with long walks snd difficult ramps to conquer. Exhausted every time we had to come and go. Hated to leave the room once we were out because of the struggle to get back.

Beware of extra fees Booked my room through the booking app. Staff charged me fee which i think is the resort fee which the booking app already charged me! The hotel is nice

ok need more signs for direction to garage direction to room it took us 1 hour to find our car due to no proper signs, and lack of staff location

Very Poor We had a lot of problems with the toilet in both rooms. The room wasn't really that clean.

I was very disappointed with Tropicana during this visit. Many things like I mentioned previously. We did not get clean towels. We ran out of toilet paper. There was no one available to provide guidance if we had questions. The room was too expensive because it was old and no View. The beds did not stay in place. I had to constantly adjust it. The air conditioner made a very loud noise that did not allow me to sleep. In addition it did not cool the room. There was no welcome material in the room. I felt like I was staying at... read more
