Poor The room was not cleaned when we checked in and got to our room. There were used towels, dirty masks on the floor, the floors were filthy with hair, sand, dirt, and toilet paper. The front desk staff was very rude, and was difficult to accommodate with. There were a lot of broken vending machienes so we had to drink sink water as well, and was overall not a good experience. The location was amazing and the view our room had was great.

Fair Major safety issue at checkout lines of 50 persons long waiting for elevators on each floor. Cleaning staff trying to help directing guests to service elevators and fearful of their jobs by telling guests to use the service elevators. This is Not Acceptable and must be improved! No direct connection to parking garage from Hotel/Casino had to take the stairs 5 flights with luggage because of lines waiting for elevators. Stairways smelled of urine. Outside of the hotel I had a great time the room was absoutely the worst. And no discount was given The room had no dressers for clothes, the refrigerator was on the floor. no microwave and stated they had a microwave. It was hair on the shower wall (nasty) The manager on duty was absoutely the worst he had me to go to rooms to check to see if they had dressers. You had to call to get wash clothes. The staff was kinda pleasant.

Fair Avoid the Chelsea Tower. I changed to Havana tower. Chelsea tower is old and musty. Also it’s attached to hotel by a skywalk so it’s far from everything. Also AC was either Off or very cold. I couldn’t control the temp in the Havana tower Lots of good options to eat and drink good location

Dirty and uncomfortable Upgrade the bed rooms and hallways and elevators were horrible as well everything was so old looking and I will never come here again! No breakfast no clean bed sheets and the phone was broken to even call front desk horrible experience for a 250 a night hotel! I
