MEHH…. THEY HAD NO SOAP! during a pandemic. they ran out. i was told to go to the front desk for shampoo. i went to the store and bought it myself. the west tower needs refurbishment. the bathroom needs a remodel. they never came in to make up the room and give fresh towels, and we were gone all day from the room. won’t be staying here again! the theme and lobby and restaurants are great! beach access was good too.

Tropicana is Clean and Decent No coffee replenishing, no room serving essentials and no Air Conditioning regulator only freezing or off. It took 2 hours and a call to the hotel manager just to get trash bags and coffee. For the money, service was inadequate. The bed was comfortable, room was quiet, restaurants may have been good too if I could have gotten a reservation and the bathroom was beautiful.

Disappointed Smell of pot on floor on elevator all over! Had a no smoking room!!! Whole floor reeked of pot paid extra to get room one hour earlier!

We didn’t have a microwave in our room . We paid $612 and nothing to warm the food . No microwave, stores are shut down The view , it’s in the middle of everything
