Disappointing Didn't have room service and didn't give us coffee in our room for next morning just made beds and have us towels The area it was convenient to the restraunts

Poor our room was dirty, the outlets wouldn’t keep anything plugged in and our tub kept filling up when we would take showers. no front desk to help us, only kiosks.

Prefer to check other a places before going Parking, rooms bigger, carpet has to go denfenetly The lines was crazy and if you decide to go out it looks very dangerous

Would have been much better eccept for my room. My rooms were more than unacceptable. I requested a room change because the room smelled like smoke and also the dresser was old and falling apart and difficult to open, paint was peeling off the walls. The second room I was moved to was bigger, but the room was cold becsuse there was a issue with tje air conditioner. Maitnance was called but the issues could not be fixed because it needed a part, the unit was shut off and we were still cold. Also there was a loud banging noise... read more
Old school with new tricks No human could tell me how to find my car. it took me 45 minutes to get down the elevator and a grand total of 1 hour and 25 minutes to get from the 36th floor to my car to leave ONLY Good thing about it was the food and clubs Great wet willies and clubs looked cool food was good

Very Disappointing We were not happy with the following.1 - the room was clearly not cleaned or inspected before we arrived there was Dust an inch thick all over the room. 2 - there was a mold and mildew smell in the room that we assume was from the A/C. 3 - the ENTIRE section of the hotel that my 10 year old daughter and I stayed in smelled like marijuana, to the extent that it smelled like they let a skunk loose in the hotel. we were very happy wi the distance to the beach and other Boardwalk activities.

THEY NEED TO IMPROVE SONE ONE CAME KNOCKING ON MY DOOR AT 9 AM JUST TO CHECK ON ME ,THE ROOM DID NOT HAVE A MICRO WAIVE, THE ROOM DIDI NOT EVEN HAVE A BOTTLE OF WATER, I HAD TO FETCH MY SUITCASE UO AND DOWN CLEAN BED, CLEAN BATHROOM, NICE BED

Miserable Room was very uncomfortable , facing a wall, no privacy, bathroom have sliding lose door, no hooks to hang towels. Carpet was stained, and the curtains were not sufficient to block the outside light. Hallway light filtered through the door. And NO MAID SERVICE ! unless we requested it.
