Poor My room was dirty, the toilet ran all night, the shower barely worked and there was no really hot water, it was warm. Television remote didn’t work I liked the location

The trip was nice to get away, the room condition was very dissappointing. The room was outdated, carpet dirty, ceiling pieces falling down outside of our doorway (Chelsea Tower, room 1104), sheets were stained, the toilet was not working and not working efficiently after I repaired the fixture, shower tile had mold in various places. This was not what I was expecting for an average of $300 per night room. The bed was very comfortable.

We were very disappointed! The room was not up to date and not very clean. We stayed 3 nights and house keeping never stepped one foot into the room to clean, turn the beds down or bring new towels. I will not be recommending to anyone nor will I stay there again especially for the price!!

Very Poor an unpleasant stay, the room stank of cigarettes, the bathroom stank of urine and cigarettes, I preferred to dawn playing in the casino, because the smell of cigarettes was unacceptable If you come to Atlantic city and you want to stay at the Tropicana, don't let them send you to where Chelsea used to be, the facilities there are terrible
