Very Poor Room was dirty!
El check in 4 pm muy difícil y los kioskos no funcionaban todos perdimos mucho tiempo y además la piscina cierra 6 pm, No había mucha limpieza y el secador estaba mal, solo 2 toallas y éramos 3 personas. El ambiente del lugar
Fun stay once we were settled in but don't think I'd return due to the crazy layout. The layout of the hotel is like a maze. Impossible to find the lobby/front desk. Reception area should be more prominent and easy to find. We tried to check in at a kiosk but after waiting in line received an error message to go to front desk. We had to carry all of our bags all the way through the quarter and casino and down the escalator and then back again to check into our room. Ridiculous waste of time and schlepping. Fair There were 2 of us both elderly We had to self park Carry our own bags for a very long distance to our room (Valet service was $30 extra) Staff was not very helpful or friendly. Main restaurant and buffet was closed Breakfast lines at marketplace were very long. Hair dryer in room was broken no chest of drawers to put your clothes in towel racks in bathroom taken away the water pressure in the shower was lowered to a small spray .
