Face Mask Mania We were constantly pushed to wear face masks. Face masks have no significant impact on spread of viruses. When permanently worn, they just have a negative effect to the respiratory system as non-virus bugs can not be cleared from the airways sufficiently. , but rather accumulate and replicate on the inner surface of the mask increasing their concentration in the airway constantly. i wouldn’t book again staff was very unhelpful i paid one price on booking and when i got to the hotel i hate to pay twice as much

Tropicana is the WORST FRONT DESK MANAGER SUCKS...DIDNT WVEN CARE THAT THEY TOOK ALL OUR VACATION MONEY FOR A MISTAKE FROM THEIR IT DEPT. TROPICANA U STINK!! WE GOT HERE ON TUESDAY ANS PAID FOR THE ROOM AT...YOU HELD 3K...AND DIDNT GIVE IT BACK...I HATE TROPICANA

Terrible customer service What didn’t I like, let’s see. Check in was awful, line after line to get told now we will email you when your room is ready. Wow!!! So if I had plans or reservations I’m just out. What do you do to compensate your guest? Absolutely nothing. The pool is by reservation still, only 4 people at a time in a chlorine pool, yet the casino floor is jam packed. Why? Money!!! A waste of money and I’m definitely not returning there!!!! I will say the rooms were nice and clean

Fair Needs updating. When we booked didnt know half the restaurants were closed. Didnt know the outdoor pools were closed or that you had to make reservation to use indoor pool. Connivence to everything. Lots of restaurants,shops
