Short and uninspiring. Staff was completely lacking.. check in was longer then the lines at an airport. Signs and directions where very bad and misleading.. just finding the parking garage was a nightmare, The parking garage was badly labeled and filthy smelled like urine. Leaving.
Poor room quality. High room cost this place is not worth the cost. i'd rather stay at a 2 star hotel and travel to the beach than to overpay at this trashy hotel absolutely insane to charge over $300 for this $50 room. I understand location but it should not be dirty and just cheap feeling. very disappointed

Fair The service No good
Bad It took us one hour to find our rooms after checking in I had no idea there was several Towers staff would not help you nobody knew where to go I just wasn't very happy with my stay in my view is supposed to be Ocean View it was the worst never stayed in Atlantic City I would have took a refund and went down to bally we went there to visit just to get coffee and they redirect they directed us just to go to the bathroom asked us if we needed help The only thing I liked in my hotel room nobody disturbed us

Fair The rooftop pools were closed. Boogie nights club was closed. The slot machine did not offer drinks you had to push the service button and the server never came. Very clean
Bad We check in online and we're supposed to pick up keys at the kiosk but only one machine is available. Front desk that gives the keys only, are madness but one staff only. Toilet on our room doesn't flush. Very disappointed with Ceasar's performance. We won't be going back to Tropicana Casino and Hotel anytime soon.
