Disappointing The bathroom looks like have a leak. Is a lot of dust in the AC. When I was to sleep I started sweating, probably the AC was not working good because to dirty. The location and the casino.

Our stay was chaotic. No one to help at the kiosk and no guidance/staff. The elevators were not working properly and there was no one in the hotel to answer questions. Very poor representation. I will not recommend this facility etc…. The food at Gilchrist was really good and location was great.

The distance The walk from my room to the elevator was a distance. I was so far that I didn't want to even walk to the ice machine. I was not able to locate the pool or dinner area. The room was really clean , and I like how I was able to control the temperature in the room excellent.
Bad No nos dieron la habitación que había reservado con tina y además cuando llegamos a La habitación asignada ya estaba ocupada; por esta razón perdimos más de dos horas caminando por todo el hotel con todo el equipaje y esperando que nos dieran una nueva habitación, esto fue algo que realmente nos hizo terminar muy cansados ya que el hotel es bastante grande. Adicional había una cucaracha en las sabanas.

Im upset about my stay at the Tropiciana. i wont be returning there i booked a suite it was big for nothing, a lot of wasted space in that room.. The Shower was the most saddest thing ever, I paid all that money and u couldn't even turn around in that small shower, i want to take a shower with my man....That was out of the question.
