Horrible The room was filthy. Brown dark stains all over the drapes, stickers stuck on the walls, and the AC was broken in the room

Fair I payed for an upgraded room. Tv didn’t work the first night. Far away from casino to where if I had gotten a cheaper room I would’ve been right there! Had to look for staff just to check out! The look
Not great A room that is not directly on top of those huge lights to light up the building, could not sleep very well even with the heavy drapes closed. Front Desk is very slow to answer the phone. Thanks to the nice weather we decided to stay another night but were told since we booked with Booking.com we were unable to stay in the same room and not get the same rate.
